•  Patients are only seen by appointment.

  •  New patients to the practice will be required to give a deposit of £50 in advance.  We may also ask for advance payment for long appointments.

  •  We try very hard to run to time but sometimes procedures do take longer than expected, please be patient.

  •  Please try not to arrive late for your appointment as this may inconvenience other patients.

  •  We attempt to remind you by phone, email or SMS text message the day prior to your appointment. However, this is a courtesy service and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to perform it.

  •  We do charge for missed appointments.
